If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry your original passport; photocopies or soft copies are not accepted, and arriving without it counts as a no-show.
- Arrive at the Heliport at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
- Smoking, food and drinks are not allowed on board.
- Each passenger is weighed before boarding to meet helicopter weight and balance requirements.
- Wear comfortable, light sportswear; large jewelry and earrings are not permitted on board.
- Flight routes can vary based on air traffic control and operational or safety requirements.
- All passengers are insured in line with UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- Flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- For safety reasons, heart patients, guests with physical disabilities due to impairment, those who have had recent major surgery, and pregnant women cannot take part.
- Each helicopter carries a maximum of five passengers.
- Mention your preferred time slot when booking; slots are subject to availability.
