Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- This is a private rental; the limousine and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for your group.
- Carry a valid ID or passport for the duration of the rental.
- The vehicle you receive may differ from the pictures shown at booking; images are for reference only.
- If your chosen limousine model is unavailable, our team will coordinate an alternative or reschedule your booking.
- The limousine interior features mirrored ceilings, tinted windows, and neon and fiber-optic lighting.
- Eating, drinking alcohol, and smoking are not permitted inside the limousine.
- Confirm your preferred limousine model and rental duration at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity; no refund after that.
You can cancel yourself from Manage booking , the exact refund amount and credit date are shown before you confirm.
