If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- This service is available on a private basis only; the vehicle is reserved for your group.
- Pickup is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence; the service does not operate outside Dubai.
- Your pickup time may vary depending on your location.
- The service covers 5 hours, with additional fees for any time beyond that.
- Waiting time at each stop is approximately 30 minutes.
- Children aged 3 to 10 travel at a reduced rate, and under 3s travel free; children must always be accompanied by an adult.
