Meeting point: Presidential Palace complex, Abu Dhabi

Before you book

  • Wear modest clothing that covers your shoulders and knees during your visit.
  • Bring a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be displayed at the entrance.
  • Complimentary parking is available on-site; valet parking carries a nominal charge.
  • Tickets are valid for a single entry only.
  • Wheelchairs are provided free of charge, while strollers are available for a rental fee.
  • Outside food and beverages, aside from bottled water, are not permitted inside the facility or its themed zones.
  • Sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags and heavy luggage are not allowed inside.
  • The venue has prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room and a designated smoking area.
  • The Palace in Motion light show is included in your ticket if it takes place on your visit date; last entry is 45 minutes before showtime, and timings depend on sunset.
  • If you have added a transfer to your booking, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
  • Qasr Al Watan is open from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
