If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a photo ID with you, it may be requested at entry.
- If your package includes transfer, pickup is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence.
- Transfer timings, where included, can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the transfer vehicle, where transfer is included.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Food and drinks from outside are not allowed inside the park.
- Park hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12 pm to 10 pm; Friday and Saturday, 12 pm to 9 pm.
