If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, lockers, and strollers are available at an additional charge on-site.
- The service provider is not responsible if any part of an attraction is not operating due to technical reasons.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during transfers.
- Operating hours can change during Ramadan; check the latest hours before your visit.
