If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book

- There is no refund for unused or partly used services.
- Arriving after the scheduled pickup time may be treated as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be given in that case.
- Summer clothing works for most of the year in the UAE, but bring a light sweater or jacket for winter evenings.
- Avoid carrying heavy luggage during this tour, since it is a walking tour through markets and malls.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during transfers.
- How many markets you visit depends on how much time is spent at each stop; as a half-day tour, the exact itinerary may vary.
