If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Transfers run on a sharing (SIC) basis; the vehicle is shared with other travellers heading to the same attraction.
- Shared pickup is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Al Barsha.
- Children aged 3 to 10 pay the child rate; under 3s travel free.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Pickup and drop-off timing can vary with traffic and your pickup zone.
- The service runs approximately between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Waiting time at pickup is approximately 30 minutes.
