- Ticket categories are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or upgraded once booked.

- Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, tripods and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
- Illegal substances, weapons, drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks and illuminated signage are not permitted.
- Royal Plus and Royal Plus second row tickets are sold as a pair covering two guests.
