Before you book

• All ski and snowboard equipment, including jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, gloves and helmets, is provided at the venue.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• To ride the Snow Bullet zip line, children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall and weigh more than 30 kg; adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter area.
• Eating and drinking on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Cafe and North 28 restaurant, and outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
• Slope access is reserved for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• For the Ski Premium option, our team coordinates your slot, which must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit date.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted on the activities.
• There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Bring your confirmation email to the venue; contact our team beforehand if you have not received it.
• Inclusions vary by the ticket option selected, so check the details for your chosen pass before booking.
• Eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted on tours that include a transfer.
• Not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted on the activities
