Before you book
- Sky Views Dubai is located on Levels 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel in Downtown Dubai, 219.5 meters above ground.
- Carry a valid passport or Emirates ID with you at the time of visit.
- Arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, and there is no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Sky Views Dubai is not responsible for reduced visibility caused by weather conditions.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The Glass Slide has its own eligibility rules: guests must be aged 12 to 65, weigh between 30 kg and 150 kg, and be between 120 cm and 200 cm tall; minors aged 12 to 18 need a parent or guardian's consent in person at the venue.
- The Glass Slide is not permitted for pregnant guests, or guests with neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness or severe physical or mental disorders.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or judgment-impairing medication are not permitted on the Glass Slide.
- Wear modest, comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes for the Glass Slide; loose dresses, skirts, high heels, flip flops, loose scarves and shoes with sharp metal edges are not allowed, and mobile phones or sharp jewelry must be stored in the provided pouch.
- Let Sky Views staff know of any disability, intellectual or physical, that may affect your ability to complete the experience.
- Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Hotel, Tower 1, Level 1 (entry point next to the residence entrance), or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance on Level 1.
- Glass Slide: guests must be aged 12 to 65, weigh between 30 kg and 150 kg, and be between 120 cm and 200 cm tall.
- Glass Slide not permitted for pregnant guests, or guests with neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness or severe physical or mental disorders.
