- Carry a valid ID or passport for boarding.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board, since Zen-Med gastronomy and premium beverages are provided.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reporting time.
- Arriving after the reporting time is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the cruise.
- The cruise is conducted in English.
