If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older
- The balloon rises to about 300 metres, roughly the height of a 100-storey building
- Food, drinks and alcohol are not allowed onboard the balloon
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to fly
- Proof of age is required for children and infants at ticket redemption
- Pregnant women more than 3 months along, and anyone with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, a recent major surgery, or a fear of heights, should not take this ride
- All passengers must sign a declaration confirming none of the above conditions apply to them
- Each flight lasts about 10 minutes, though total time at the attraction can run longer due to loading and queueing
- There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets
- This ticket offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight
