If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times inside the park.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the park, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Photography is allowed, but avoid using flash near the animals.
- Last entry to the park is at 5 pm.
- Do not touch, handle or feed the animals on your own; some encounters let you hold a python with staff assistance.
- A roundtrip hotel transfer, when selected, is available only from centrally located hotels in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina.
- Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during transfer.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity; no refund after that.
