If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry valid ID proof or a passport with you during the activity.
- A hotel transfer, if booked, is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only.
- Pickup and drop-off times can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the aquarium.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during any tour that includes a transfer.
