Where to meet
Meeting point: Palm Gateway Station (start of the Palm Monorail line).
Before you book
- Carry your ticket or e-ticket and be ready to show it on request.
- Tickets are non-transferable; lost or stolen tickets may not be reissued.
- Follow safety instructions and staff directions at all times.
- Bag inspections and other security checks may take place before boarding.
- Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed on trains or in stations.
- Guests needing special assistance should contact staff in advance.
- The monorail is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
- Schedules may change without prior notice due to operational needs.
- Complimentary parking is available at Palm Gateway Station for up to three hours.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity; no refund after that.
