Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Pickup is arranged only from the areas listed in your selected option.
- Children under 3 travel free if they do not occupy a seat of their own.
- This is a two-way transfer for the zones listed in your option, not a vehicle at your disposal for the day.
- The driver drops you at your destination and returns for the scheduled pickup; the vehicle does not wait with you in between.
- Provide a precise pickup address along with your preferred pickup and drop-off timings.
- Waiting time for transfers is approximately 15 minutes.
- Pickup time may vary depending on your location and traffic conditions.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle.
