If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- There are no refunds for unused or partially used services.
- ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, lockers, and strollers are available at the venue for an extra charge.
- The operator is not responsible if part of an attraction is out of service for technical reasons.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during any tour that includes a transfer.
- World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi will be open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, 20 September, 2026 due to a private event.
