Pickup & transfers
Meeting point: Jumeirah Street, opposite Burj Al Arab, Umm Suqeim, Dubai
Pickup areas covered
If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- During peak periods, the Jumeirah guest queue closes 45 minutes before the park's closing time
- Shared transfers run only from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences, with a surcharge for pickups from other areas
- Transfer timings can vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic or location
- No refunds are provided for unused or partially used services
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Outside food, beverages and alcohol are not permitted inside the park
- Guests must enter pools and attractions feet first; diving is not allowed
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles
- Ladies Night runs every Friday from 6 pm to 11 pm and is exclusive to women; general admission tickets are not valid during this slot
