If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Boarding is at Burjuman Centre, on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Dubai.
- Carry your ticket and a photo ID with you.
- Where selected, pickup is arranged from your Dubai hotel or residence only, not from the airport.
- The route passes historic sights including Jumeirah Mosque, the Al Fahidi District, Dubai Museum, and the Old Souks of Bur Dubai and Deira.
- The ride includes a splash entry into Dubai Creek, so expect a light splash of water during that segment.
- Guided commentary is offered in English, Arabic, and French.
- The bus is air-conditioned and fitted with a washroom, sound system, and TV and DVD player.
- Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the tour.
