Before you book
- Carry a valid passport or ID when boarding.
- Report at the venue 30 minutes before departure.
- Your voucher is valid only for the date booked; no extensions are given.
- Boarding begins at 8:00 pm, with departure at 8:30 pm.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- On UAE dry days, entertainment is paused and alcohol is not served, in line with government guidelines.
- Arriving after boarding time counts as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
