If the driver is late: your voucher carries an emergency number a person answers. Past 30 minutes we dispatch another vehicle or refund the booking in full, and the failure goes on that supplier's scorecard.
Before you book
- Carry a valid ID or passport with you on the day of the activity
- Riders must be aged between 12 and 65; anyone under 18 needs a legal guardian present
- You need a minimum height of 130 cm, a weight of 45 to 100 kg, and good general health
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes; skirts, dresses, flip-flops and loose footwear are not allowed
- Tie back long hair and leave large accessories such as earrings and bracelets at home
- Small lockers are available for phones, wallets and keys, but not for shopping bags or luggage
- A helmet camera records your ride, and personalised photos and video are emailed to you afterward
- Pregnant women cannot take part in this activity
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with medical conditions needing immediate attention, will not be permitted to ride
- A waiver form must be signed before the activity
- Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed
- XLine generally operates from around 8:30 am to 4:00 pm; confirm your exact slot on your booking voucher
