Before you book
- Carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be shown at the entrance.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- ATMs, prayer rooms, baby-changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, lockers and strollers are available on-site for an extra charge.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- The venue holds no responsibility if any ride is non-operational for technical reasons.
- If you book a roundtrip transfer, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted.
- Check the park's operational timing on the official website before you visit.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.
