Before you book
- Carry a valid passport or Emirates ID, required for identification at the boarding point.
- Report at the boarding location 20 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
- Pregnant women, heart patients and guests with back problems are strictly not recommended to take this ride.
- Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried on the boat, for safety reasons.
- All passengers must wear a life jacket throughout the ride.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your ride.
- Meet at Dubai Marina Walk, near Marina Gate and The Coffee Club, ahead of your boarding time.
- Follow the crew's safety instructions and onboard conduct rules throughout the ride.
- Pregnant women, heart patients and guests with back problems are strictly not recommended to take this ride
- Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried on the boat
