A family booking is not a bigger version of a solo booking. It is a different problem, with three constraints that most travel sites ignore entirely: everyone in the group has to be able to enjoy it, everyone has to be able to eat, and everyone has to get there together.
Pricing comes first because it decides everything else. Almost every Dubai supplier prices children aged 3–11 at a reduced rate, infants free, and several apply a senior rate at 60. Those numbers are shown on our activity pages before you reach checkout, so a family of seven can work out a real total in a single look instead of discovering it three screens in. Global Village, to take one example, is free for anyone over 60, we price them at zero rather than charging you and mentioning it afterwards.
Food is second, and it is the one that ruins trips. 'Vegetarian available' is not enough information when you are travelling with someone who eats Jain. On OUTLYY, pure-veg, Jain and halal are filters that narrow the results to suppliers who have confirmed it with their kitchen, the requirement is attached to the booking rather than mentioned to a driver, and it is printed on the voucher so it cannot be denied at the venue.
Third, mobility. A desert safari with forty-five minutes of dune bashing is a poor idea for a seventy-four-year-old with a bad back, and no amount of asking the driver to slow down fixes it. The gentle safari exists as a separate bookable product for exactly this reason. More broadly, the 'senior-friendly' filter selects experiences with limited walking, seating throughout and gentle transfers, and families often split across two versions of the same evening, meeting at the same camp at the same time.
Finally, booking everything at once. Families rarely buy one ticket; they buy an itinerary. Add each activity to your trip and the timeline view arranges them by day and warns you before checkout if two things clash on the same afternoon. If you would rather a person did it, send your dates and group composition on WhatsApp and we will come back with the whole plan, itemised in rupees, usually within the hour.
